Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a great view of the Iwakuni bridge. However, some rooms felt small and resembled staff quarters rather than guest rooms. The service was top-notch, with attentive and accommodating staff both at the reception and the bar. The location couldn't have been better, overlooking Kintaikyo bridge and providing stunning views of the river and bridge. The dining experience was delightful, complemented by fresh brewed coffee, though the menu could have been more varied. Overall, a great stay with some minor room issues to consider.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were larger than expected, and the separate toilet and shower added extra space, making it very comfortable. The onsen was a nice touch, and being close to the famous Kintai Bridge was a great bonus. However, the room size was a bit small compared to Japanese standards.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms, although small by Japanese standards, were very spacious and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with all the staff being so kind and helpful. The location overlooking the Kintai Bridge was absolutely perfect. The dining experience was delightful with a mix of Japanese and Western buffet options. Overall, a great value for money!
I had a tatami room with a view over Kintaikyo bridge plus a twin bedroom. The tatami room was huge and very comfortable, but the twin bedroom was small and old. The hotel is ideally located right next to the famous Kintai Bridge and the old part of Iwakuni, perfect for sightseeing. The dining options offered a good selection of both Western and Japanese dishes, with the Chinese Restaurant serving delicious sweetcorn soup and fried rice with seafood sauce.
